Recycled Record Clock

This is a fun clock made from a recycled record.  I've hand painted it with acrylics and sealed it with a thick coat of  polyurethane. I've played with this idea before - and I've had two of these clocks up on my etsy account at one time.  Some of you might remember that - I don't know.  It's been quite a while now.  Expect more in the future since I've been getting more into the painting scene. :) I will continue them if I get good feedback and such.

My mother-in-law got me one of those sets where you have paints, colored pencils, and some small canvases for Christmas.  It came with four 4x6 inch canvases - so I decided to paint this this morning.  I have it up for sale on my etsy website for 15 dollars. :)

We were supposed to have a Christmas party for my family at my house today, but it was cancelled due to the snow.  It's still snowing like crazy out there!! Brrr.  Kind of enjoying the quiet day though - but It's going to kind of suck having to reschedule the party. :(

Oh well, we shall see what happens. :) How is everyone doing on their Christmas shopping?!  I feel like I will never be done. :(
